Only accepted for candidates who submitted their nomination packages before April 24th at 2pm.

Please enter your information below. Fields with a red asterisk are required and you will not be able to submit your profile without filling out these fields.

You are allowed 700 characters (spaces included) for your "Biography/Vision".

For best results, type out and proof your entry in Microsoft Word or Notepad first - then copy & paste it into the field below.

For your picture, ensure it is of your head and shoulders only with a plain, white background. No slogans or props are allowed in the picture.

All entries will be verified by the Chief Electoral Officer head office staff after your nomination package has been approved before being displayed on the website. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your submission.

Please note there may be a delay between accepting the nomination package and publishing to the website.

Once your submission is published it may not be possible to change it.
