I was born and raised in Buffalo Narrows. I currently serve as a Manager of Mental Health and Addictions; this has deepened my understanding of the challenges and strengths in our communities. President of Métis Local #62, along with my experience, this role has allowed me to advocate for our rights and advance the priorities of our people. Guided by the wisdom of our Elders and grounded in my own lived experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of grassroots, Métis rights, and the importance of protecting them. I know how vital it is to build a safe, sustainable future—one filled with opportunities. This drives me to stand strong as a dedicated voice of the Métis people I serve.

With over a decade of governance and community service experience, I’m committed to building a Métis Nation where every citizen is connected, valued, and thriving. I believe in Roots to Branches leadership, where all voices matter. My platform and values are guided by the belief that a Strong Nation is built on Strong Roots. OUR MNLA, OUR citizens, OUR Registry, and OUR Constitution are the Roots of our nation, and they deserve leadership that listens, brings people together, and follows through. I will advocate for affordable housing, food security, education, cultural revitalization, Local Capacity and a Registry that connects us to our history. Let’s grow a Stronger Nation, together.

A Métis ombudsman, based on our historical "Laws of the Buffalo Hunt". My work, 30+ years, has been dedicated to being a voice for the rights and well-being of the community. I offer unwavering resolve to help make significant impact on the lives of countless individuals who often find themselves vulnerable, marginalized, and overlooked.
My initiatives include organizing outreach programs that provide essential resources such as food, shelter, and health services. My work embodies the spirit of the Métis Nation, resilient, resourceful, and dedicated to the well-being of ALL.
My heart and my soul are the Métis Ombudsman for our people, so they are no longer voiceless.
