Robert Doucette was raised in Prince Albert and now lives in Saskatoon with his wife Betty Garr. He is a 60's Scoop survivor and attended the University of Saskatchewan and Brandon. 


Holding various leadership roles over a 35 year period, he has served as Local 126 President,  WR2A Regional Director, Secretary, Vice-President, and President of MNS. Robert brings reliable experience and a dedication to compassionate service, he is committed to defending and advancing Metis peoples Section 35 Aboriginal Rights. 


Taking direction from our people will ensure we address the everyday issues that matter.

I am excited to get to work for our citizens and open doors for vital and sustainable change!

Beverly Fullerton is a proud Métis woman from Duck Lake, raised in Saskatoon.

With over a decade of grassroots advocacy, she brings transparent, accountable leadership focused on what citizens want. Beverly is committed to addressing the real issues, supporting the great progress already made, and ensuring that Locals and citizens continue to guide the path forward toward strong, self-determined Métis governance.

Andrew LG Hunter is a Metis businessman who has been servicing his community in the housing sector for 18 years and the non-profit sector for 7 years. Andrew was born and raised in Saskatoon but has spent many summers with family in North Battleford. Andrew wants to bring in transparent governance, increase affordable Housing, develop a stronger Economic Development environment for entrepreneurs to ensure more jobs and increase accessibility for Healthcare while focusing on proactive health measures. All these things can be accomplished with the business relationships already fostered and a 100 day action plan for the benefit of all MNS Locals and Citizens.

Kathie is a Proud Metis woman, raised in Livelong Sask. With a Social Work background Kathie has worked over 30 years in various community front line organizations in the NWT, and Saskatoon. Kathie is an active member and former President of Saskatoon Local - Gabriel Dumont Local 11 and continues to volunteer and attend all Local 11's events. As the Regional Director of WR2A (2021-2024) Kathie has brought WR2A into to good standing with 2 clean audits and has developed numerous networks and partnerships throughout WR2A.

-Lived in Saskatoon since 1978

-The children today need to be educated more in Metis culture. We need Metis after school programs

-For parent's we need exemplary childcare workers who are qualified and have experience working with Metis Children 

-One way to protect our community is to emphasis on self defense 

-We need to support people with disabilities and addictions

It's time for us to say I am not taking it anymore, it's time to embrace our community

Our families include individuals, single people, foster/adopted children, and those without traditional families.
